The room is furnished with a full sized bed. It is 13' x 8' not including the closet space. The apartment is on the top floor (6th). The ceilings are high! Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and sunken living room. Utilities and internet are included.

The building has an elevator and there are washing machines located downstairs. Just up the block there is a beautiful park (Joyce Kilmer). There is a plaza with a Food Bazaar supermarket, fast-food places, restaurants, a brand new nail salon, movie theater, and clothing stores two blocks away. The Bronx Terminal Market is also within walking distance. The 4 and D trains are about a 5-minute walk away. The commute via public transportation is about 30 minutes into midtown Manhattan.

The room is month-to-month rental and I can provide the terms of the agreement/expectations upon request.

If you are looking to complete a residency, or work full-time, this may be the ideal space for you.

I am friendly and generally keep to myself. I live here with my partner. We are both latinas/bilingual (Spanish-speaking) and we are LGBTQ friendly! We are not obsessed with cleanliness, but we keep the apartment (our room and shared spaces) clean and tidy and would like for our roommate to respect their spaces and do the same! We are seeking to live with someone who is considerate and doesn't bring the party home with them.
