I’m looking for a roommate for a 12 month lease, and I’m open to extending beyond that if we’re a good fit. Located on City Island, with easy access to Manhattan via a two-minute walk to the express bus or the Bx29, which connects to the 6 train.

Amenities include:

• Your own off-street parking space
• Your own furnished patio space
• In-unit washer/dryer
• WiFi
• I can also furnish a practically new twin bed if needed

Shared spaces include a large furnished living room with 14 foot ceiling, a small furnished kitchen/dining area, and a second larger patio. The $1600/month is all-inclusive.

Professionals, particularly in the medical field and educators, are preferred. I have two female American Pit Bull Terrier rescues that are very friendly/playful, so a dog lover is preferred. Lastly, please be considerate, responsible, decent, and (ideally) chill.
