120 sqft rm, w/ own bthrm, laundry, AC

I live in a 4 bedroom home and rent out only one of the rooms. I’m easy to live with and just looking for someone who can pay rent. I have a nice home. I have one dog, who is an older pit mix. She’s a sweetheart. I am 37 and have a gf who lives in her own home. So, the house will be shared just between you and I. Guests are welcome, of course. I’m 420 friendly, but don’t smoke inside. You must have a job, proof of employment for 2 years, and a driver’s license and running car. I have high-speed internet, central air, laundry, and a large kitchen and living room which we will share. I park in the garage, but there is a place in the driveway. So, you won’t have to park on the street. The room has a closet and dresser. I have a yard with grass and a garden where I have pet rabbits. I’m not religious. So, if that offends you, you should probably try another listing. I work a 9-5, M-F. I do drink, socially; but not regularly (1-2 times a week, max). I don’t mind if you drink or smoke, but no smoking in the house. Anything else you want to know, just ask. Thanks.
