Hello! I have 1 room for rent including WIFI & utilities + access to all common areas for $635/mo.

3 females currently live in the home, looking for a 4th female roommate to fill my spot. I’ll explain below :) Bathroom is spacious and will be shared with 2 other females. Current roommates have varied schedules which have worked well with the shared spaces.

I've happily lived in this house for 3 years and am now moving back to SoCal. One of our current roommates will be taking my room. I will continue to handle everything remotely and will be the primary point of contact. She will help with taking care of things on site. We are looking for someone to fill her current room.

- Entire home remodeled with new HVAC/plumbing/water heater/paint/flooring/carpet, new appliances, incl in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of street parking available.
- We are respectful, clean, responsible, friendly, quiet, easy-going, and keep to ourselves.
- Very conveniently located.
- Quiet and calm household. (Since work schedules have been varied, we generally have been mindful with noise throughout the day. Quiet hours at night are around 10p-7/8am).
- Ideal roommate is clean, responsible, respectful, cordial, considerate, and willing to follow house rules please.
- Covid-responsible (fully vaccinated)
- No smoking, drugs, or work-from-home.
- Single occupancy (no animals, children, or couples).
- No overnight guests
- 4 month contract to start with option to sign 1 year lease after (preference to those interested in staying long term ~1 year)
- Required before in-person tour: Brief questionnaire, video meet + greet/video tour.
- Required at time of signing contract: ID, income verification 3x rent (3 most recent paystubs), security deposit, $10/month Renter’s Insurance
