About the apartment:

Nice two bedroom apartment on E Tropicana Ave; you'd get your own room with a closet and your own bathroom. Shared kitchen, living space, screened patio, and laundry within our unit. We can split utilities, which is really just internet and electricity. Close proximity to UNLV (15-20 minutes depending on traffic) and nice areas in Henderson with good grocery stores and restaurants. Must be willing to sign and notarize an agreement with me guaranteeing a stay for the whole lease term (now-early August 2025).

About the me:

I'm a pretty introverted musician attending UNLV full time. I'm spending most of my time on campus or in my room. I'd love another introvert to move in and help with rent, ideally a fellow student. I'd also like to have my boyfriend move in next semester; he would stay in the master bedroom with me, so you'd still have your own spaces, of course.
