I’m a recently divorced 45 yr old security guard who is looking for someone who is financially stable and can afford to pay rent on time. I do have an overly friendly dog, rebel! If you have a dog that’s fine but should probably let them meet before moving forward. I work swing shift downtown. My father owns the property so looking for someone dependable , not month to month. Not really ok with cigarettes inside but somewhat ok with 420 inside/ or out ( I understand the world we live in) and drinking is your choice as long as you’re not a psycho ( boy/girl) I’ve seen all types!
