Room for rent-Large upstairs master bedroom in spacious 2500 sq. ft home. will be available November 20th.

What you will need to get accepted:

I am looking for a person of any age that is looking for a clean, respectful, peaceful place to call home. 6+ month agreement minimum.
You will be living with me, 33 y. o. female fitness trainer and my two dogs that are locked up when I leave. I lead a very active and healthy lifestyle. So I would like to keep the home as a living arrangement not a place to entertain guests.
You will also be living with 24 y. o. female fitness manager who keeps to herself and is very quiet and respectful.
And one 25 y. o. young man, who is only home in the evenings after his long days as a construction worker and his days off. He is respectful and spends most of his time playing video games.

You will have your own space. As well as access to the common areas including the upgraded kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, the living room, and the furnished and covered patio.

I will consider pets, but no pets is preferred. Utilities are included in the rent price. You will have access to high-speed internet. Room is not furnished so you will need to bring your own stuff.
