Home is located in gated community and very large, modern shared amenities are extremly large livingroom, modern kitchen, modern appliances. Access to your own full size fridge located in garage if needed additional space outside of your mini fridge in bedroom.

I am looking for a compatable renter for the private space upstairs. I live in the master downstairs with my boyfriend.

I'm not picky if you want to have guests over in moderation. There are two other guest rooms completely furnished if family comes into town and needed $ a night.
