Need a perfect roommate to keep my perfect place

Vegas bartender here who loves his place, been here over 2 years and need to find a perfect roommate. It's a 3/2, there's 2 of us now and we're looking for a 3rd, one room available, will have a shared bath with one roommate, plenty of storage. $625/mo all utilities and internet included, buy a firestick and or something like it and you can have login for Netflix, Disney +, Apple and Prime. One of the nicest neighborhood pools I've seen around here, decent gym, manned guard gate. We're both just over 40, both bartenders so we work or are out most nights. Sleep or hit the pool during the day. Snowboarding in the winter. Besides meeting up to go out, a birthday, or a random poker night, it's not a party spot, we don't have people over much, and is normally peaceful. Hope to find someone on a similar vibe and schedule. I have a small French Bulldog, it's a 50/50 chance whether he gets along with other dogs, so prefer someone with no pets, but we could try and see if they get along if you have a small dog.
