Quiet Las Vegas Experience

The room I have for rent is 196 square feet, downstairs, with a fireplace, and fully furnished. It has a queen bed, couch, dresser, mirror, nightstand and lamps, TV, and TV stand. The bathroom is a private bathroom across the hall.

It is a shared entrance to the house, but a combination lock on the front door. The door to your room features a combination lock as well, for your privacy and security. I have a Jack Russell Terrier who does roam but as she's 15 now she sleeps a lot :). It’s all shared living spaces downstairs: kitchen, dining/living room, and upstairs laundry room with washer and dryer. There are dishes and cooking utensils for shared use available unless you prefer your own.

I’m a pretty quiet person. I freelance from home and work outside the home as well, but when I’m home I prefer my own space and quiet the majority of the time. We’ll get along well as two people who live in the same space do, but I shouldn’t be counted on to entertain you.

The room is $1,200/month all utilities included. The private bath features a no barrier, handicapped accessible shower with a fold down bench and ample hand grabs in the shower and without. If you’re a couple looking for a place this room has the size for two, but an additional utilities fee would be assessed to accommodate another person.

I will provide all linens (bedsheets, towels, etc.) as well as starter bathroom amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, body soap. The yard is fully fenced in stone. I have a propane grill and a fire pit.
