Hello I just moved into my apartment near desert inn and Durango. I am renting a semi furnished (queen size bed included) private medium size room with closet, private bathroom. I have a laundry unit on the balcony, you would share the living room and kitchen with me. I normally work during the week, 11 hours a day, i am quiet, clean and very respectful. I require a move in non-refundable fee of $100. If you’d like to rent the room for a minimum of 3 months that is fine however rent would be $75 more. Utilities are about $250 (electric/ internet) split evenly. If you’d like to move in we can discuss what is needed. If you’d like to take a look at the room online it’s the Allanza at The Lakes (my apologies for the things in the photos, they will be removed before moving it, I just moved in and I have another bed you can use)
Total move in: $100+$700=$800 - After move in about $825 (utilities included) If you decide 3 month stay: $100+$775= $875 - 3 months of Rent/Utilities: $900
