Very private furnished bed+bath by the Strip!

Hello! :) I am renting out my other fully furnished room+bathroom on the opposite side of my large 2bd/2bath apartment…. Very close to the strip and very short walk to the Palms, Rio, and neighboring Gold Coast. I can send a couple videos etc. if you’d like!
I keep my place very clean and have really cool lighting throughout. The rooms/bathrooms are seperated by a large living room with a full kitchen and a large patio/balcony facing the casinos and covered carports (always easy to park right out front). There is a large storage room that you can use if needed and put your own deadbolt on the patio as well.
*Rent includes all utililities paid by me, as well as your furnished room with a queen sized bed, two night stands, a large screen TV with Roku (Netflix, YouTube, etc), private Wi-Fi, plus basic amenities like bedding, towels & toiletries!
*There is a 24hr gym complete with showers, TV’s, weights, treadmills etc. in the complex as well as 24hr laundry facilities, a nice pool and jacuzzi, putting green, bbq area, and horseshoes if you’re into that!
Very respectful of privacy, come and go as you please! But I am super chill and I do have a car and valid license if you need help with rides sometimes, I’d be happy to help! I tend to be night owl but always just in my room if home lol.
*Also, maintenance JUST put in brand new air conditioning throughout the entire apt and brand new toilet/paint etc, this week!
I do smoke in my room, so I hope that doesn’t bother you! I don’t mind if you do either! I have weird hours I come/go sometimes late at night- and don’t mind when you come and go either. I keep to myself mainly but love to sometimes go out and have fun sometimes!
