Two females living in dwelling and prefer 3rd roomie to be female as well and quiet. No smoking of any kind in dwelling per property management. Outside is fine. Utilities included: power, a/c, gas heating, WiFi , and several streaming apps. Tv in bedroom on glass desk, with fire stick. Queen sized bed. Modular dresser if needed.
No new roomie with illegal drug and/or alcohol addictions. Poor behavior due to illegal drugs or alcohol misuse is grounds for eviction. Weed and alcohol in moderation is fine. Property management requires a background check at a cost of $45. This takes a few days to complete so same day move-in is not possible. $700 deposit is for last month’s rent and/or damages. Refundable if rent current and no damages caused. Steady income required, proof with paystubs or other documents required. Prefer long term renter of at least 6 months.
