The two currently staying there are working and gone quite a bit all month so at times you will have the house to yourself. I enjoy my privacy and the house is separated so privacy is easy. the other roommate is gone all the time and pretty much stays in his room. Great BBQ and smoker for get togethers also two fireplaces out back. Enjoy a clean house. If you would like to clean we can talk about taking that off the rent. Also I could use some help like an assistant to just file and organize stuff and that can be also taken off the rent. Furnishings are flexible has Flat Screen TV (No Cable Included) Trundle bed versatile. Couch or twin then can convert to King. Versatile Small secretary style desk that folds up closed Big comfy leather chair with foot stool Can put new slip cover Very comfortable Close to Red Rock and 300 Yards from beautiful walking trail.
