We have a room available in our 4 bedroom house. It’s downstairs. This is a furnished room with 2 lamps and a ceiling fan and a full bed. There is a portable free stand closet. I don’t have pics of it furnished unfortunately. We are by flamingo and Sandhill area. $800 for rent and we ask for last months rent up front as well so the last month you don’t anything when you’re ready to leave. We are open to couples for a little more. There’s a total of 4 other people living here including myself. Spacious room. We have a pool and community pool. There’s a little park as well where the community pool is with tennis and basketball ball court. washer and dryer as well. We have washing days. Rent and utilities are included. We have security cameras outside. Restroom will be shared with a couple for now who you will hardly see. If you work overnight or at home that’s a plus. No pets preferred but can discuss depending on what animal you have 🙂
