Very relaxed atmosphere, if your antisocial thats fine. If you like a little conversation thats fine too. We respect everyone from all walks of life.

Large room with walk in closet.
Fully furnished (but if you have your own things i can clear it out)
Beautiful clean and private room.
There is a full bath. (1 other person uses it but that all, very clean)
I can do a short term
Payment due on move in day.
Proof of income would be helpful.
Theres also a den area and a lounge area.
If u do smoke theres a smoking area.
No smoking inside the house.
(Vaping is ok though)
Washer dryer on same level.
So is the bathroom.
Private entrance if you need it.
Security system by adt installed.
We dont do drama at all.
This is a happy atmosphere and it will stay that way.
Please be able to pay on time.
We work and are gammers here so we stick to ourselves most of the time.
