*The room will come with a lamp and dresser. If you do not want them we can throw them out.

$500 per month plus a one time $200 refundable security deposit
($700 due upon move in)

I have a room for rent at the Cliffs at Dover townhome complex on Lamb and Craig. The community is only a few years old so it’s still pretty new and nice. It has a pool, hot tub, gym, park, BBQ, and guest house.
The price includes everything: utilities, internet, etc. I keep my house on the cooler side so you have to be okay with cooler temperatures. I’m super chill, all I ask is that you clean up after yourself and wash your dishes after you use them (I don’t like dishes sitting in the sink). You can have a guest, but this is not a party house. The other room mate is a very cool and quite girl who works full time and goes to school. she is hardly ever home.

Move in available anytime. No cats or dogs, please.

The bedroom door has a lock on it for your privacy.

A Little info about me:
small business owner, graduate student, self-proclaimed mechanic, amateur race car driver. when I am not working I am either hiking, mountain climbing, snowboarding, or racing my car at the race track. Looking to rent out my spare rooms. I’m open to whoever, Just be chill and clean. I’m very laid back and easy to get along with. I keep to myself mostly unless someone else strikes up a conversation. I have a high level of respect for people's privacy and space. I never had any issues with previous roommates.
