Hi I have a 2 bed 1 bath condo full kitchen with all cooking equipment washer and dryer in unit dining room table living room couches coffee table. Your getting the master bedroom furnishes or unfurnished up to you and shared bathroom shower/tub. My name is Kourtni I'm 34 half white half Mexican English only I do have a kitten so cats are welcome no dogs please I do smoke in my room just so your aware so smokers OK OK I don't smoke but don't mind if you do. I am in a financial situation right now my husband of 11yrs who I financially depended on abandoned me and took all money and all valuable things with him including my wedding rings he left me with no money and I have been a stay at home wife for 10yrs I don't have income and I need to rent this room but your basically getting a fully furnished condo just with me in it. The rent here is $3500 every month due on the 1st no later. I'm asking for first and last month's rent for security deposit of 2500$ but I will take off 500$ if you move in before the 1st of sep. And there is undercover parking as well. Also the mast has a TV with roku and bluray DVD player with a bunch of bluray and way to many dads included in the room please help me while I help you let me know if interested thanks
