Mature Roommate Only

Hello!

I recently bought a beautiful 2000sqft - 3 bedroom townhouse in the lone mountain area. Roughly 6 minutes from Tivoli Village..

I'm in and out of town a lot, and hoping to find a mature person that will care for this space as I would. Someone that is clean and responsible. Not a partier.

I’m about the easiest roommate you could ever have. I’m very clean, live a very healthy lifestyle, and just an all around relaxed human. But I have my limits like everyone, of course. I like to laugh a lot!

The space is fully furnished with new furniture, the bedrooms are complete with new queen beds, and bedding. The second floor is a beautiful open concept, with kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

The base floor is a large flex space that could be made into your own living room.

Included are utilities and internet. There is a TV in the living room. There is a two car garage attached to the townhome. If you drive, one of the spots could be allocated to you easily., depending on the size of you car.. etc

I'm looking for the right trusted fit, no matter how long that takes. I am selective and know the right fit is out there. You will have access to the whole space. Consider it just as much your home as I do. You don't need to feel trapped in your room. You have full access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, and a parking spot in the garage.
