Room Available in Centennial Hills

I’m looking for a quiet and clean roommate to rent a furnished OR unfurnished room in my small townhome. The home is located in a developing community in the Centennial Hills area, right off the Ann Rd freeway exit. The available bedroom is on the second floor and on the same side of the house as the shared laundry room and your private bathroom. All utilities are covered in the rent including high-speed internet. You must be okay with dogs because I have a Golden Retriever. I don’t like shedding just as much as anyone else, so I’m always trying to maintain it. I just ask that you don’t wear shoes in the house and you clean up after yourself.
