The bedroom is furnished nicely with a queen bedroom set, new hybrid mattress, desk, bookcase, dresser, designer area rugs cathedral ceiling, storage unit, a home theatre reclining chair with led lights, large closet and good size 50 HDTV smart tv. Off-street parking outside near the front door. There is a attached 2 car garage, being used for storage and cars. if you would like to park in the garage which would include a remote I can clean out one side and park one of my cars outside then you can use 1/2 the garage for parking and storage and rent would be $975 all inclusive.
