Friendly and hospitable couple (no pets), looking for tenants in their fully-furnished, very clean, 3-bedroom condo. We will be moving out of state by January 31st 2025 and there will be 2 vacant rooms available for rent. We are looking for a non-smoker, non-drug user and clean tenants that would treat our home as their own.
The condo is nestled in a quiet, gated community, just footsteps away from Cornerstone Park/ Lake .
The private room includes a full size bed, a 40“ TV with free wifi, Netflix and ROKU stations, a retractable work table, a bedside table, and a lamp with USB charger. The windows in the private room have blinds and blackout curtains in case you have to sleep during the day. The rent includes all utilities, access to the pool and hot tub, and parking. Our tenants will have access to the common areas of our home, living room, kitchen, (all kitchenware are provided, installed water filtration) and laundry room. The bathroom is shared by 2 tenants only. The condo is just a 10-minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the Strip.
