Bedroom

Quite, low traffic place. Room has bed, closet, dresser, heater and AC. House has Wi-fi and I have a great antenna, Netflix and Prime video. Back entrance, right next to room. Covered front deck, back deck. I'm a chef/cook and don't mind cooking for 2. Actually, it's easier. I'm pretty quiet, working on finishing the mobile home. 420 household. Not looking for someone who brings a lot of people home. Don't mind having company, but having them here all the time or having 5 or 6 people over at a time is a bit much. Must be clean and clean up after yourself and treat my stuff like you treat your stuff (hopefully, that is well). I also have a maid that comes in periodically to do a deeper cleaning. Not a kid person and I'm allergic to dogs and cats, although I like other people's dogs. I'm conservative and will not change so if you are not and like to argue about it, we probably won't be a good fit. Any questions, ask. I'm pretty laid back and quick to take care of any problems. My last two roommates, one I had for over 5 years, but he passed; and the other I had for 3 years, but he stopped paying rent and I had to go through all the nonsense to evict him. I'm looking for someone reliable. Rent is 600 + 1/4 of electric. I found that if I don't do this, the roommate tends to keep the AC at 60 in the summer and 85 in the winter.
