Recently purchased a three bedroom condo in the Centennial Hills Area.
A little about me, 49 yr old single professional female and my 6 lb Chihuahua Boston terrier mix Jade. . I work from home 4 days and 1 day in the office.
Looking for a clean and stable roommate. The home is located in a quite and safe area. Parking is a lite bit of a struggle but still manageable.
The room is currently unfurnished but can easily be furnished if needed.
Bathroom is semi private, would only have to share if company came over (which is not much).
The home also has a garage for some storage.
Looking to rent asap.
Will consider a small dog if well behaved, unable to get along with my dog.
