Convenient location, less than a minute walk from Wollaston T-Station, walk out of the house and you will see the T-station and vice versa. The Wollaston T Station is being renovated until the summer or 2019. Buses are replacing trains to go to/from North Quincy/Quincy Center (takes about 2-4 mins). Driving to downtown would only take 10-15 mins if traffic's good. It's a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. A lot of restaurants, cafes, banks, retail stores, barber shops, and convenient stores around that are within 5 minutes or less of walking distance. CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Hot Pot, Sushi, Bars, Hair salon, Retail stores, Grocery stores, Gyms, Banks, Gas stations, you name it.
