Looking for roommate in 2b/2b apartment

There will be an available bedroom in a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suite in a new apartment complex. The location is Rosecliff Apartments in Quincy. It's right next to I-93 and Route 3 - perfect for commuting! It's by the South Shore Plaza, and relatively close to Quincy Adams T stop on the red line. I currently live here, and the new bedroom is available to moved into August 5th. I have some furniture in the common area, such as a kitchen table, a couch, and a TV. Regardless, I? m open to decorating the space to fit both of our preferences, and am willing to pitch in to help furnish the space!

The apartment complex is really nice both outside and in! There are 5 big buildings in the community, which are surrounded by trees and greenery. The living room area is very spacious; with large windows, vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor balcony! The kitchen is furnished with new appliances and has a lot of space for cooking and storage. The available bedroom has 2 connected walk-in closets. The roommate would have their own bathroom attached to their room. There's a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. There are a lot of amenities such as a gym, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), a clubhouse, and plenty of on-site parking.

The apartment is 1300 sq. feet. Rent is $1250 a month per roommate ($2500 total,) and includes water and sewage. Gas and Electricity come to about $100 a month.

I? m looking for a new roommate! This person would hopefully be friendly and nice. I like keeping the apartment clean, and would expect this person to do their share keeping things clean and tidy. I'd prefer to room with another girl, but I'm open to rooming with a guy as well! I'm looking for someone who's working full-time and can pay rent on time. This person would be ok with signing a 1-year lease.

I'm unfortunately allergic to cats and therefore can't live with one in the apartment. However, I'm willing to work with you if you have a dog you? d like to bring along!

A little about me -- I? m a 23 year-old female animator/illustrator working in Boston at PTC. I enjoy cooking and going to the gym, as well as working on writing and art projects in my free time. I typically work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays during the week, and spend Mon, Wed, and Fri in the office. I'm fairly quiet, and I like to keep things clean.
