Looking for a roommate to continue my lease in a 2B1B apartment in N Quincy. The apartment is in a professionally managed building and is located at a 5 minutes walking distance from the N. Quincy T stop on the red line. A Stop and Shop is located 5 min away and restaurants and bars on Hancock St are about 10 min away. The T takes you to downtown Boston in about 20 min so the apartment is perfect for a young working professional who is looking to save on rent.
The rent is $1170 for a 12 month lease beginning Sep 3 but my current roommate is moving out in August so you can move in sooner if need be. The apartment is very well lit and comes with lots of storage space.
I'm 24 and work in consulting in downtown Boston. I'm pretty much at work M-F and open to hang out on weekends. Outside of work I like to travel and read. I'm laid back, quiet and like to keep the apartment clean and expect the same from a potential roommate.
