Autumn Styled Room in Beautiful Calm House

This room is available for short (3 months) or long term rental. It is a decently sized room that is furnished with a queen sized bed and night stand. It offers a PURPLE brand mattress. Utilities are included as well as fast internet. Washer and dryer are also available for use. Shared spaces are the family room picture posted, kitchen, full sized bathroom (with other guests that could potentially rent out one other room) and additional half bathroom, eating area, and patio. The room is securely locked with digital keypads that will have your preferred code to lock and unlock. Room also has a closet and two windows which overlook the patio and golf course. It is near Crystal Springs Resort, Mountain Creek, and Minerals Hotel and Spa. We are a very quiet and hard working couple with 1 cat that mainly stays in our room. We appreciate kindness, calmness, communication, and respect. This room is perfect for students and those alike that need a place to sleep, eat, and relax. A lease is available.
