Our long time roommate just bought a home. Very nice private space on the second floor, currently being refreshed. Mostly furnished, very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dw. Very large common area living room. Excellent part time work from home space.
We live almost entirely on the first floor but have friends and family that use the other 2nd floor spare room occasionally.
Quiet area of town with views. Hike, bike and beach all right here. Beautiful yard, pool and parking.
Willing to discuss all the details including costs with responsible person who will give us peace of mind and treat us and our home with respect and care and do occasional home tasks only when asked and able like put out garbage, feed cat, check pool, etc if we are out of town.
