Clean and spacious home in Neptune City. Near everything: beaches, supermarkets, hospital, police station, gyms, restaurants, etc. Looking for mature, respectful, responsible professional. House share means exactly that. We have our rules but all within reason. If you want to live by your own rules, this is not for you and you need not apply. We don’t wear shoes in the house. We cover our food before heating it up in the microwave. We’re civilized. I may be selling in the summer but we’ll definitely be here until school lets out for our daughter in May. Or we may be here until she graduates. Still on the fence about that. There are 2 full bathrooms, one half bathroom, deck, grill, parking in front of house, etc. Room is furnished (night stand, dresser, bed frame, couch) - needs queen mattress.
