Furnished 1 bedroom smart home

Hi I will be traveling next year and looking to sublease my place. It will include washer/dryer, central air, 24/7 gym access, and pool in the summer, dishwasher, balcony. My home is a smart home so AC/Heat, television, lights, robot cleaner, and oil diffuser cma be voice activated. It is also perfect if you are a student or WFH. I have a 3 monitor setup with docking station. Bills, including FIOS internet, will be included with rent. Parking is also included. There is easy access public transportation to the Mall, Princeton University, and NYC

I am looking for someone who is quiet and responsible. Must show proof of work and be able to pay first month security and security deposit. Pets are allowed but they must be approved. Absolutely no parties or loud music.

Must be ok with a friend checking in on the apartment periodically for mail . But you will have much notice in advanced and won't be random. Any damage must be repaired before end of lease or we can find repair shop together.

All of this will be detailed in lease

I will be free to show you apartment and area on weekends
