Right now, this is one of the cheapest 1 bedroom apartments in the Jersey City area. The building in question is completely full, so you can't even rent directly from them.
This apartment is close to the light rail station that takes you around JC & Bayonne. Also, there is a free shuttle to take you to Journal square path station if you choose.
