Spacious room available in Jersey City Heights!

Hello! My sister and I are currently looking for a roomate to rent one of the bedrooms in our three bedroom apartment. The bedroom available is on the second floor of our apartment. It is large in size, and is fully furnished. Our roomate is moving back to Florida and we would like to fill the room asap. Females preferred but open to anyone if we all get along! The house is fully furnished with a living room, dining room, and kitchen appliances. We also share a large yard with our downstairs neighbors that has a bonfire pit which you are more than welcome to use anytime. My sister and I both work full time so we need someone who is responsible, considerate, and clean. We are extremely respectful of everyone’s time and expect the same in return. We welcome any likeminded individual who is looking for a safe, judgement free, friendly space to live in. We have two cats and two dogs who are all extremely friendly. This is a loving household and we would like to keep it that way! We are asking for 850 dollars per month, plus utilities, which usually comes to around 130-150 per person, per month.
