Looking for a roommate (women preferred) in their mid-late 20s or 30s who is quiet and clean. It is a 4b/2b in which you’d have a private room and a shared bath. Utilities are extra, $60-$150 a month depending on time of year. Common supplies are shared as well.
Roommates are young professional women who mostly keep to themselves but sometimes have dinner together. We are a VERY quiet and clean household. We expect noise to be kept to a minimum and common spaces to be left pristine with all items returned to their place after use.
