Looking for 1-2 people to fill in 1-2 rooms in a freshly renovated 3bd apartment in Journal Square right next to the path train station. The apartment has a private patio/balcony, as well as access to a backyard. Rent is $1,500.00/month but can be lowered to $1,000.00 if both rooms are filled. Rooms are semi furnished. I’ll be staying in the other room. I’m a 27 working professional. I’m super social and have been friends with all my previous roommates, however, okay if someone wants to keep to themselves.
