Moving out and need someone to sublease

This is what the bedroom looks like.

Hi! My name is Rohan! I'm a student at Pratt Institute in NYC. I'm moving out of my Current apartment on August 1st, and am in search for 2 sub-tenants for our room for the month of august (with the possibility of extending the 1 year lease starting September).

The bedroom is a master bedroom in a 3br 1ba apartment that is about a 10 minute walk from Journal Square path station, and about a 5 minute walk from a nice laundromat. The bedroom comes with a window AC fitted, and actually has really good natural light and air flow. There's also a decent sized mirror fitted to the wall beside a spacious closet.

The room is unfurnished, but easily fits 2 twin size beds, and 2 desks without feeling crammed. The rent doesn't include utilities, but the apartment comes with all basic appliances, i. e. A cooking range, Fridge, and a Microwave.

The neighborhood is quite safe (I walked home alone past 11 pm and never felt uneasy).

And finally, the roommate. One of the bedrooms is an existing roommate of ours who just graduated from NYU and is looking for a job. He's a very chill and helpful person. The only drawback is that he does smoke, but if you ask him not to smoke in the common areas, he respects your preferences. The tenant of the 3rd bedroom has also moved out and will be subleasing.
