You are steps away from the main supermarket, restaurants, gyms, bars, and all other bodegas and businesses.

Public transportation (subway “Path” and buses) can 5 mins get you to Manhattan, Financial District, Newport, Hoboken, Newark Penn Station and all surrounding areas.

The room is also very close to all school like NYU, Steven Institute of Technology, Pace, NJCU, St. Perter, BMCC, HCCC, etc.

Apartment comes with Fully Equipped Kitchen, and furnished bed rooms.

Each room will be: All utilities $50 +$20 water + $15 High Speed Wifi + Personal Lock Knob

When you decide to rent, standard Credit Check and proof of income/ fund (two bank statement and two pay stubs) is required by our landlord, international student is welcome, pls provide I-20, passport and US visa.
