Largest room with 3 big windows

Hello there! I'm Kimberly, a 24-year-old female, sharing an apartment with Denzel, a 25-year-old male. The room available is the largest bedroom in the apartment, with three big window allowing natural sunlight to come in and a closet to put your items in. Room will come unfurnished.

Our apartment is a 3-bedroom space with one shared bathroom. The monthly room rent starting the first month of December will be $1,100 ($275 a week) and utilities will be split among the three of us based on usage of that month. There is WiFi on the premises. You'll have access to the backyard, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Street parking is available around the house every day farthest being one block away. I am also a part-time home-based Nail Technician. Occasionally I will have clients visiting for their nail appointment. There may be a slight nail salon smell due to the monomer chemicals I use, but I have good ventilation and a door odor blocker to try to minimize this.

We are conveniently located a 15-20 minute walk from Journal Square, where you can catch the PATH into NYC or explore Jersey City. Both Denzel and I commute to work in NYC, so it's a convenient setup for city commuting. Being 30 minutes away from Lower and Mid Manhattan. We have no laundry in unit or building. But we're also conveniently just 10 minutes away from St. Peter’s College, laundromats, supermarkets, and more. Our home houses two adorable & sweet 1 year cats.
