Room available in Cast Iron Lofts II building. The lease starts on 6/22, but we can adjust the move-in date accordingly within reason. Our old roommate was supposed to re-sign with us but got a new job that requires him to move out, so we're looking to sell at a discount given the short notice.

The unit is 3 bed, 3 bath with an in-unit washer and dryer. The available room is the master bedroom. Amenities are great in the building - rooftop, pool, weight room, concierge, lounge, shuttle to the path, fire pits. The 2 roommates are 29M and 31M. We are both laid back, friendly dudes. Both are big sports fans and enjoy a drink on the weekends.
