Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female Roomate preferred age mid 20s to early 30s for a 15 month lease at $1,990/mo each in Jersey city right on the border of downtown hoboken (15 min walk to DT and 15 min walk to Hamilton Park).
About building:
- luxury building - rooftop pool, grills, several game rooms, bowling alley, work stations, full time front desk, shuttle to downtown hoboken path, and more
- Apartment - spacious 2 bedroom, 11 foot ceilings, your own bathroom, full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops, fully furnished, kitchen fully stocked, lots of natural sunlight. I do have 1 very sweet cat. Not looking for any other pets at this time.
Cleanliness in our common areas and someone who is kind and respectful of a shared space are my only prerequisites. If you like to get drinks and dinner downtown that is a plus. I’d love a roomate and friend.
About me:
I’m 29, I work as a physician assistant in downtown hoboken and Jersey city. I have a great group of girl friends who I see weekly. I love to enjoy life - concerts, trips, going down to the beach, seeing friends etc.
