Hoboken Shipyard Roommate Replacement

Recently changed jobs and am moving, looking to fill vacancy in a waterfront, uptown Hoboken, penthouse apartment in the shipyard community. Rent includes access to two private rooftop swimming pools, all purpose fitness center, dedicated weightlifting gym, rooftop terrace, package receiving service, game room, in unit washer and dryer, elevator, and private balcony facing south. In building parking is available for an additional cost. Approximately a 1-minute walk to the uptown ferry terminal with ship routes to Midtown, Brookfield Place, and Wall Street.

The unit is slightly larger than 1500 square feet. Layout consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully furnished space. Target move in date for my room will be April 1st. Currently living in unit are three working professionals in their mid/ late 20s with careers in financial innovation, intelligent automation/ RPA, and project management. Rent will be $1260 for the month of April and then will increase to $1340 per month for the duration of the lease as this is the last month on the old lease. The lease extends through January 2024 and will likely be renewed by at least 2 of the 3 current roommates. My room is fully furnished and am looking for the replacement roommate to buy the furniture set, will be flexible with offers, most of the stuff is less than 6 months old. The room is about 12x12 feet, features a fairly large closet that extends to about 60% of the wall it is along.
