The apartment has many windows and gets a lot of natural light. There is a bus stop right in back of the building which makes for an easy commute into the city. The apartment is also walking distance to the water, Trader Joe’s, ShopRite, Walgreens, CVS, gyms, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and public transportation.
I am an easy going, 32 year-old female and a teacher in NJ who is clean, considerate, responsible and friendly. This is my 3rd year living in the apartment. My current roommate is moving for a job opportunity in another state.
The staff of the building are kind and easy to reach and I love the convenient and peaceful location.
The apartment itself has many great features such as hardwood floors, central air, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the building.
Your room will be unfurnished but the the common areas are almost 100% furnished (it will just be missing a few wall decorations).
The bedroom has two windows, a great closet, and can fit a queen-size bed.
I am also planning on getting a cat as soon as my current roommate moves out in case anyone has an allergy.
