Roommate needed!!
Private 1 bed 1 bath for rent in a modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment in a great Hoboken location. No broker fee. No pets. Preference for male roommate but would consider female as well.

The apartment has:
private elevator entrance (the elevator opens to the unit and needs a key to enter)
washer/dryer in the unit
top-end bosh appliances
Central air/heat
floor-to-ceiling windows
personal bathroom
Package drop off at entrance for deliveries
buzzer system for the guest arriving at the front door
tankless hot water heater for the unit

The bath and bedroom pictured are for rent. I can keep the furniture in the bedroom for your use or remove it. There is an Ikea closet, a bookshelf, and a small bar/table pictured.

I would like to keep the desk in the living room since I mainly work from home - the second bedroom was my office. I can choose to go into the office so I'm willing to work out a schedule to rotate WFH days or try to find a solution to share the space. The desk has a docking station so any laptop with a USB port will work. My preference is a roommate that mainly works on-site. Depending on the situation I can also move the desk into my bedroom.

I have my own bed and bath not pictured.

1 yr lease to start Nov 15 or Dec 1. Some flexibility on the start date.

About me:
I am 31 yr, old male. I work in HR at a bank and I go to Rutgers Newark in the evenings for a part-time MBA program. I went to WVU for undergrad. I like to go out and socialize with friends on the weekends, walk around Hoboken, and exercise. I cook fairly often and am generally really clean and organized.
