Perfect location : in the heart of the historic downtown of Jersey City, 5 minutes walking from Grove St station, 5 minutes walking from the light rail.

The appartment is bright, pretty and set in a beautiful rowhouse on the 4th floor, it has 2 bedrooms and a living room as well as, needless to say, a kitchen and a bathroom (with a very kitsch bathtub)

You can easily access to the rooftop, from where you will be amazed by all of the lights of the Jersey City skyline.

You would be living with another roommate, F, 33 years old, yoga teacher, very easy going. She is passionate about practicing plastic arts, her lovely cat Lady Pearl, having clever conversations, eating delicious food.

It is desirable that future roommates participate in the care of the apartment, especially in terms of hygiene.

The room is available from June 29th to August 26th. The rent is $700 a month or $23 a day if you stay for a shorter time.
