$2250/month for your own spacious bedroom (~13' x 12') + private bathroom! Move-in ready, all you need to do is bring your own furniture - everything else is all set up!

Move-in: July 1 (flexible later)

Lease term: 12 months

Utilities: Everything included (hot water, high-speed Internet, HBO Cable TV, etc.) -- except PSEG electricity

Location: 10 min walk to Newport/Exchange PATH, close to waterfront, 2 min walk to CVS, Shoprite, and lightrail stations

Building: 24/7 gym, concierge, outdoor seasonal heated pool with lifeguard, rooftop terrace, bbq / grill area, community room

Unit: 1000+ sqft 2 bed 2 bath, recently upgraded in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, AC units in each room, hardwood floors, large South-facing bay windows (living room + bedroom views of WTC!), furnished common area with TV but open to decorating more

About me: 25F, works in office 4–5x a week, non-vegetarian (but totally fine with and respectful of vegetarians), no pets (but I'm pet-friendly and so is the building, so feel free to bring yours!), clean/respectful.

I grew up in Central Jersey and have been living in Jersey City since 2022. Some of my hobbies include playing board and video games, playing pickleball and tennis, drawing and painting, and exploring local events in Jersey City / NYC.

As a roommate I'm friendly and courteous, and I'm down to hang out or give you personal space!
