Hi! I am looking for 1-2 female roommates to sublet rooms to for a couple months in a 3BED/2BATH duplex in downtown JC (right off Hamilton Park). The move in is available starting April 1st and duration of sublet is flexible.
Each room fits a queen sized bed plus furniture and have plenty of closet/storage space. They also have very large windows!!
The unit itself is extremely spacious - two floors with an oversized living room and a semi-private terrace. The building also has an outdoor common area.
Rent will vary depending on how many roommates and office options - I. e. If there are three of us living here, rent will be split evenly. If there are two of us and one of us uses the third room as an office space, that person will pay more in rent. Rent will be approx. $1,400-$2,400 depending on these factors.
