Roommate Wanted February 5Th

Hello, I have recently ended a long term relationship and am looking for a roommate. I'm in a 3 bedroom 2 family house, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators - to keep your own food in, washer/dryer combo machine. Room has your own lock with key, sliding door closet. I have a very old Yorkie and 2 small turtles. Parking is scarce in the area but the neighborhood is quiet. You will NOT be added to the original lease. Upon selection- you and I will sign a typed contract in which it will be notarized and state all of the terms of the agreement. Access to washer/dryer is additional fee. Utility bill will be split in half in addition to rent monthly. More details will follow after interview.
I work full time, I love to cook and most of the time I spend in my room. I am a God fearing woman, I am an remember and I watch my Sunday sermons in the living room. I love music and wine, I don't mind playing music, doing your own thing. I may have a twin size bed available for that room once my ex moves out. We are still working on what will be taken when he leaves. I have a daughter in college and she comes home some weekends. Not super organized but im hoping to spruce the place up once we separate.
