Looking for a Roommate in a Great New Building

I'm looking to move on from my current living situation with family and try something new.

My name is Will. I work as a Revenue Analyst in NYC. I'm quiet. Generally keep to myself. Though I can be really outgoing. I like sports, video games and board games. I travel occasionally. And I'm really well organized.

I recently took a tour of 55 Union, a brand new building in the Ironbound. And I fell in love with it. The building is great. The rooms are very spacious. Floor to ceiling windows so there is lots of light. Washer and Dryer in unit. The building is 2-3 blocks from Newark Penn Station. Utilities aside from Electricity are included. There's a gym, game room and co-working center and multiple patios. Garage parking is also available if you have a car.

Looking for someone to join me on a lease. Someone responsible, respectful of space, friendly and organized. Someone with similar interest as me is a plus.

Looking to move around September 1st. Currently all 2br/2 ba apartments are all leased. But floors 7-12 will be available in the future.
