We are two young professional siblings looking to sublease one of our bedrooms in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment- One sibling travels often so you'll have the bathroom to yourself most of the time.

There is a large friendly dog that lives here- open to accepting another dog if you can prove it is house trained and agree to hire a dog walker if you are unavaialble to tend to dog

Lease ends- October 31st, Leaning towards renewing not 100% sure though

Requirements:

-have a job or guarantor ( you will have to submit proof of your income- this means bank statements, paystubs, and a letter of employment)
-be willing to submit your info for a background check

Full Summary
-1050 monthly ( utilities seperate & variable monthly)
-$1200 monthly rent( includes utilities)
-security deposit: $1000 refundable upon respectful move-out without damages
- building amenities, Internet, fridge space, parking space, microwave & laundry usage included
-$35 application fee
- room is furnished ( dresser, desk, tons of closet space)
-roommates are 23( male) & 26 (female)
- female travels often and works remote from 9-5pm living there part time ( space is living room w/ privacy divider)
- male manages an office

General Info
-earliest move-in date: between April 20th & May 2nd depending on if you meet all requirements
-10 minute walk from Brick Church station
- building has a gym, rooftop deck w/ view of NYC, and lounge area that you will have access to
- the apartment has in-unit laundry and a microwave you will have access to
-the room has one window
- Deposit is $1000
- $35 application fee (Even though this is a month-to-month opportunity to sublease the room, you will have to submit an application fee so I can do a background check and verify your income

Note: You will be required to sign a monthly agreement with all the terms listed above
