Apartment is located about an eight minute walk from the Glen Ridge train station--and, is approximately 4.6 miles from Montclair State University.

The room available can be furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished. I'm looking for someone willing to do a month-to-month lease with a minimum three month commitment to start.

Looking for a professional roommate who wants a spacious, beautiful apartment to come home to. Must be: respectful; considerate; and communicative. This is a very nice apartment and I need someone who will be willing to go the extra mile to keep the place clean and without damage.

Must be open to living with a small dog--no pet at the moment but I will likely add one in. No washer/dryer; no dishwasher; no basement storage--but may be extra space in sunroom to use as a shared office/studio.

Must provide your own dishes and cookware. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind will be tolerated in the unit. Minimal guests preferred/no guests without prior notice.

NO COUPLES please--room is for single occupancy only.

Currently there is one parking space available at the property and that can be provided at no extra charge--as I do not have a car at present; however, if in the future I do get a car, the roommate who comes in--if a car owner--might have to use the local municipal lot for parking--to be discussed.
